Bua na Cainte Irish Programme
Edco have made it possible for parents to download ‘Bua na Cainte’, the interactive program we use to teach Irish to Junior and Senior infants in St. Fiachra’s. You will need a laptop to download this file and fast broadband as it is a big file.
But once downloaded it is very easy to use and the children love using it.

Stay Safe programme
The Stay Safe programme which we were teaching in St. Fiachra’s this school term is now available for parents online. It is very easy to use and all of the stories, activities, songs and worksheets are included in each lesson.
The Stay safe programme is a personal safety skills programme designed for use with primary school children from Junior Infants through to 6th class. The programme seeks to enhance children’s self-protective skills by participation in lessons on safe and unsafe situations, bullying, inappropriate touch, secrets, telling and stranger danger.
